FIELD OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (Hourly)
Job Description
The selected candidate will provide administrative and financial support for a construction management field office. Responsibilities include:
- Research and compile project information and related data, produce special or recurring reports, and complete financial and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain field office budget and reconcile various accounts; pay operating bills or submit appropriate documentation to the corporate office for payment.
- Review project personnel time sheets.
- Establish and maintain document archiving and retrieval systems, prioritize the flow of project reports/correspondence, and ensure timely handling of requests, including the Senior Construction Manager files.
- Purchase supplies and field office equipment, including vendor management.
- Keep informed on project or Parsons’ document policies and procedures and be the project’s focal point for timely dissemination of materials, documents, and other administrative duties.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Supervisory experience.
- Similar role on construction/engineering or construction/engineering management projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a project administration.
- Command of Microsoft Office Suite word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, is required.
- Track record of detailed organizational skills and professional demeanor.

Salary Range: $30.58 - $53.51
