Field Nurse Educator

We are seeking a Field Nurse Educator responsible for providing patient education on chronic disease management and medication adherence. Key duties include facilitating connections to approved patient resourcesdelivering one-on-one educational training on disease states and medicationssupporting behavioral changes to improve treatment complianceencouraging dialogue between patients and healthcare providers Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and RN licensure in the state of residency5+ years clinical healthcare experience, including direct patient interactionKnowledge of pharmacology and clinical dataValid driver’s license, dedicated home workspace, and ability to travel up to 80%Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with travel and overnight stays required Preferred Skills: Experience as a nurse educator and bilingual in English/SpanishStrong communication, time management, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in MS Office and iPad technologyBSN degree preferred Compensation: Competitive salary, car allowance, and bonus potential.
