About the role

Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on fleet equipment at project sites across Wisconsin, primarily in Northern Wisconsin. Support field teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.

Travel, including occasional overnight stays, is required. A company-provided vehicle, fuel card, and lodging are included.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on fleet equipment
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve problems
• Oversee and perform safety inspections
• Adhere to industry regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in heavy truck or equipment repair or completion of relevant vocational training
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to work independently
• Reliability and effective communication
