Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and the central marketing team to support lead generation and campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate and compelling venue profiles across key marketplaces and partner sites.
  • Manage and grow the digital presence for assigned venues across social media, website content, and key discovery platforms used by couples and event planners.
  • Build relationships with local chambers, industry groups, and community organizations.
  • Attend select client events and showcases to capture high-quality, "behind-the-scenes" content.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, signs, and other sales collateral.
  • Provide execution support for marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects, including new venue openings, special events, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, events, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media content and strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent).
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for event coverage and showcases.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary Range: $40,000–$55,000 annually
Quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance and goals
Full-time, Exempt position
Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends required for events and venue showcases
