Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end workflow for annual Local School Marketing plan submissions across 560+ schools
- Build and maintain scalable systems to manage high-volume plan submissions with accuracy and consistency
- Track and report on Franchise Owner compliance with required local marketing investment across all markets
- Proactively identify and drive opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across the function
- Partner with Franchise Support, Finance, and Legal/Compliance to ensure alignment with franchise agreement requirements
- Serve as the operational liaison between Field Marketing and key partners, including Finance (budget tracking), IT (systems and tools), and Business Analytics (reporting)
- Support onboarding of new Franchise Owners into the LSM program
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, franchise operations, program management, or a related field
- Proven ability to build and manage complex, high-volume operational processes
- Strong project management skills, with experience using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Hightly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable guidance
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a focus on enabling others rather than creating unnecessary complexity
