- Own and activate integrated field marketing campaigns end-to-end, driving marketing qualified leads (MQLs) through the pipeline
- Identify and activate the right marketing mix — including industry events, targeted digital campaigns, analyst relations, social media, and sales enablement — to reach key decision-makers across the games ecosystem
- Test, measure, and optimize campaign performance; report on results and track leads through the full sales cycle
- Monitor the competitive landscape within the interactive entertainment and enterprise technology space, translating market intelligence into strategic recommendations
- Develop account-based marketing assets and sales enablement materials to accelerate growth within existing studio and publisher accounts
- Lead case study development to capture and amplify client success stories across the games vertical
Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including the ability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end campaigns and delivering measurable pipeline impact in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with the games development lifecycle and how enterprise technology — cloud infrastructure, AI tooling, platform engineering — intersects with studio and publisher operations
- Knowledge of the Seattle and Pacific Northwest games ecosystem and its key players, including studios, publishers, and platform holders
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign tracking platforms
- Exceptional communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and present confidently to senior leadership
