EPAM Systems is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our North American marketing team in a high-impact, high-visibility role embedded in the Seattle market. You will serve as the primary marketing partner to senior stakeholders within EPAM's interactive entertainment vertical — one of our most strategically significant and fastest-growing practice areas in North America.

About the role

In this role, you'll operate within a networked global marketing organization, driving demand generation, brand authority, and translating EPAM's enterprise technology capabilities into marketing strategies that resonate with technically sophisticated buyers across the games industry.

  • Test, measure, and optimize campaign performance; report on results and track leads through the full sales cycle
  • Monitor the competitive landscape within the interactive entertainment and enterprise technology space, translating market intelligence into strategic recommendations
  • Develop account-based marketing assets and sales enablement materials to accelerate growth within existing studio and publisher accounts
  • Lead case study development to capture and amplify client success stories across the games vertical

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated B2B marketing, preferably within technology services, interactive entertainment, or adjacent industries
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including the ability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end campaigns and delivering measurable pipeline impact in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with the games development lifecycle and how enterprise technology — cloud infrastructure, AI tooling, platform engineering — intersects with studio and publisher operations
  • Knowledge of the Seattle and Pacific Northwest games ecosystem and its key players, including studios, publishers, and platform holders
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign tracking platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and present confidently to senior leadership
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations
