What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute an account-focused marketing strategy tailored to the High-Tech industry, prioritizing engagement with the top 30 key accounts.
- Identify emerging industry trends and challenges to craft compelling value propositions and targeted marketing programs.
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse mix of events, digital campaigns, and demand-generation initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads.
- Partner closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives, accelerating account growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including industry, product, and corporate marketing—to ensure consistent messaging and maximize program impact.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, tracking campaign performance and leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and forecast future investments.
- Plan and execute high-impact trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and executive events to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Leverage account intelligence and stakeholder mapping to design high-value executive event experiences that foster relationships and advance sales opportunities.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B events or Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with a strong preference for experience in software or hardware marketing within the High Tech industry.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing high-impact marketing programs and events, particularly those targeted at High Tech customers.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign effectiveness, tracking performance, and refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 20% as needed.
- Prior experience with engineering or technical teams is a plus.
