Field Marketing Manager (Events)
About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Field Marketing Manager (Events) to lead the development and execution of strategic field marketing initiatives across North America. This role involves partnering closely with Sales to deliver impactful trade shows, conferences, executive events, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, efficiently manages multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about bringing events from concept to successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional and national marketing programs, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, webinars, and regional campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to prioritize events that support pipeline growth and customer engagement objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the event lifecycle: planning, logistics, vendor coordination, sponsorships, registrations, promotional materials, and on-site execution.
- Develop event landing pages, registration experiences, and comprehensive event briefs.
- Oversee budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor relations to ensure seamless program execution.
- Create and manage Salesforce campaigns, target account lists, and attendee data to maximize event impact.
- Maintain internal communication channels to keep Sales teams informed of upcoming events and activities.
- Coordinate post-event follow-up processes to qualify and route leads efficiently for sales engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
- Proven experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Background supporting enterprise B2B technology organizations, including SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or networking industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams.
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and contracts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; experience with Tableau or other reporting tools is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience working with enterprise technology companies in a marketing capacity.
- Advanced skills in Salesforce and data analysis tools like Tableau.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale events and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Additional Information
This is a remote position, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (EST or CST), and compensation ranging from $45.00 to $66.00 per hour.
