About the role
Lead end-to-end event operations and drive impactful B2B marketing strategies to connect and educate enterprise users and stakeholders about Base44.
Responsibilities
- Manage all logistical details of hackathon sponsorships and hosted events, ensuring flawless execution from planning to teardown
- Use AI tools to scale output and enhance event efficiency
- Be on the ground at events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting as needed
- Cook up cross-functional logistics and collaborate with internal teams to align on event goals
- Track event performance and provide detailed reports on results
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, field marketing, or developer relations
- Proficiency with AI tools for scaling marketing efforts
- Experience using CRM and lead capture tools
- Strong data reporting and analytical skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to travel and attend events in person
Qualifications

Pay
Expected base compensation salary range $105,000 - $125,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
Schedule
NY-based candidates who can visit our New York office 3x per week.
