Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Build the Brand. Create Community. Drive Growth. At Soapy Joe’s, we're more than a car wash—we're a San Diego success story built on creating fans, supporting our communities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our mission is simple: clean cars, protect the environment, and shine in our communities. We are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial Field Marketing Manager to help accelerate our growth across San Diego. If you thrive on building relationships, executing high-impact events, creating new business opportunities, and turning ideas into measurable results, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing organization.
