The Role
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for leading trade marketing execution within an assigned hero market and regional territory, ensuring national programs are successfully deployed, activated, measured, and optimized in market.
Responsibilities
- Align local activations with commercial priorities.
- Drive launch readiness and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Deliver merchandising, visibility, and POS execution across key accounts.
- Maintain compliance and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead consumer and trade activations.
- Manage agency partners, vendors, and activation budgets to ensure effective delivery.
- Partner with distributors and commercial teams to drive activation success.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support customer engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and trade marketing standards.
- Track performance, provide market insights, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
This role requires approximately 75% of focus in a designated hero market and 25% in priority opportunities across the broader regional territory. It is expected that this role spends a minimum of 3 days a week in the field or office and works evenings as needed for events or activations.
Qualifications
- Experience in field marketing, trade marketing, customer marketing, sales, or experiential marketing.
- Experience working with distributors, agencies, customers, and commercial teams.
- A strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise activation environments.
- Experience managing agency partners, activation budgets, and execution programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
- Beverage alcohol, hospitality, luxury goods, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
