FIELD MARKETING MANAGER

The Field Marketing Manager helps bring that vision to life across our restaurants and communities. Working under the strategic direction of the Director of Marketing Activation, this hands-on, field-based role brings national, regional, and local marketing programs to life across an assigned territory, working directly with franchisees, restaurant teams, Operations, and community partners to execute marketing initiatives that drive traffic, sales, new guest acquisition, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a strong field presence through restaurant visits, franchisee meetings, community engagement, and local events across the assigned territory.
- Serves as the day-to-day marketing partner for assigned franchise groups by building trust through strong communication, follow-through, and an understanding of their business.
- Executes field marketing strategies and priorities established by the Director of Marketing Activation, bringing programs and initiatives to life at the local level.
- Implements Local Restaurant Marketing programs and traffic-driving tactics that support sales, new guest acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Identifies and activates grassroots marketing opportunities through schools, youth sports, local businesses, community organizations, events, sponsorships, and catering partnerships.
- Partners with Operations and Franchise Business Partners to ensure marketing programs are understood, launched on time, and successfully executed in restaurants.
- Monitors sales, traffic, promotional performance, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities and share insights with the Director of Marketing Activation.
- Tracks field marketing activity, results, and franchisee local investment, providing timely recaps and key learnings.
- Supports new restaurant openings, re-images, market tests, and pilot programs through hands-on field execution.
- Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.

Physical Activities
Primarily performed in the field and in restaurant environments. Involves frequent driving, standing, and walking during restaurant visits, community events, and local activations, as well as entering and retrieving information on a computer and visually verifying details, often in small print. May also require presenting information to small or large groups.
Travel
Extensive (80%+ of time in the field).
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of field marketing, Local Restaurant Marketing, or multi-unit marketing experience; restaurant and/or franchise marketing strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to take marketing programs from plan to execution across multiple locations or markets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and gain support from franchisees and cross-functional partners.
- A hands-on, action-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
- Experience with grassroots marketing, community partnerships, sponsorships, and local events.
- Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets and priorities at once.
- Ability to understand sales, traffic, and promotional performance data and apply insights to local execution.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
