About the role
You will own executional field marketing that turns events into predictable pipeline and repeatable playbooks. This is a remote role working closely with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and sales enablement stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Back up the event contractor on logistics for tier-1 events (e.g., large summits) and own end-to-end pre-event logistics for smaller events (partner dinners, regional roundtables, BDR summits, customer happy hours).
- Manage shipping, registration, vendor coordination, KBYG communications, hotel and travel booking, and on-site staffing.
- Build reusable checklists and event playbooks so each event increases team efficiency.
- Maintain the sales enablement library (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, customer reference assets) and keep partner content organized and discoverable.
- Coordinate post-event follow-up sequences with the BDR team, manage list hygiene and attendee data, and produce event ROI reporting.
- Support senior managers on campaign execution: list pulls, asset coordination, and status tracking.
- Document repeatable processes and identify at least one process inefficiency per quarter with a proposed fix.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a marketing coordinator, event coordinator, sales operations, or marketing operations role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong written communication skills and comfort producing KBYG decks, post-event reports, and sales enablement documents.
- Detail-oriented with a process-building mindset and experience documenting repeatable processes.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Eventbrite, Asana, Canva, and Notion.
- Comfortable switching context quickly across events, enablement, and campaign work and motivated to grow into a Senior Manager role within 18–24 months.
Skills
- Experience or familiarity with HTML/CSS, Figma, Webflow.
- Experience with Claude or other AI tools.
