Field Marketing Manager

About the role
Serves as a marketing representative for owned agency operations within the assigned territory. Provides marketing information to agents regarding product opportunities, how to transact business with the agency, and responds to basic inquiries on how to place various Auto and Property & Casualty insurance products. Engages in business development and marketing activities, including identifying and visiting potential and existing customers, attending local conventions, conducting market research, managing the customer/prospect database, creating marketing materials, updating the website, and sending email campaigns. This position is based in Denver, Colorado, and is hybrid eligible.
Responsibilities
- Act as a marketing professional visiting agencies in the assigned territory, with travel required at least 50% of the time.
- Conduct virtual agency visits via phone or internet when in-office.
- Answer questions and use problem-solving skills to resolve matters for agents and customers.
- Prepare for agency visits by running reports and conducting detailed analysis on production relative to goals and expectations.
- Maintain product knowledge to train agents on products and encourage submissions and binds.
- Identify and visit prospective agencies by directly contacting them to set up meetings and assess their viability as appointed agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Five or more years of work experience.

Pay
The salary range for a Senior Representative is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, and for a Manager position, $95,000 to $115,000, based on the primary posting location of Denver, Colorado. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
