Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to understand regional priorities, target accounts, and business objectives and translate them into effective field marketing programs.
- Plan and execute a variety of field marketing events, including customer and prospect dinners, sponsorships at industry events, VIP events, etc.
- Manage event execution from planning through post-event follow-up, including timelines, vendors, logistics, communications, attendee engagement, and reporting.
- Work with Sales to drive attendance and engagement among target customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Creative, and other marketing teams to extend and amplify field programs.
- Support campaign and event communications, including invitations, registration campaigns, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Track program performance and use data to identify opportunities to improve engagement, pipeline impact, and overall program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate program information and activity in Salesforce and other marketing systems.
- Manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Identify opportunities to improve field marketing processes, programs, and the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing role.
- Experience planning and executing marketing programs, events, or campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM/marketing system.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for events and other marketing initiatives, as needed.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an enterprise SaaS or technology environment, experience supporting regional or field marketing programs, familiarity with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, experience working with event technology and registration platforms, strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to measure and improve marketing programs, comfortableness working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can evolve, highly proactive, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
