Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and manage local partnerships, shows/events, canvassing, and field marketing efforts focused on lead generation.
• Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations with Champion Sales Representatives.
• Develop training programs for existing local staff and new hires.
• Manage provided budgets to maximize ROI.
• Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
• Contribute content to social media and company culture efforts.
• Evaluate data and results to identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews with field marketing team.
• Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales.
• Associate degree in business management or related field.
• Prior experience in construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to oversee budgets and develop reports.
• Able to lead a team of field marketers.
• Able to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using personal vehicle.
• Able to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
