Field Marketing Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Leading the Field Marketing Team
• Leading the onboarding of new retail accounts
• Building and nurturing relationships with store management, buyers, and budtenders
• Conducting regular budtender training sessions
• Sustaining and enhancing brand engagement
• Ensuring 100% execution of in-store marketing strategies
• Upholding compliance with local, state, and federal cannabis regulations
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals
• Managing the order and distribution of sales support materials
• Communicating clearly on a daily basis
• Organizing and participating in events
• Conducting market research and analysis
• Identifying new market opportunities
• Navigating the cannabis industry's regulatory landscape
• Overseeing marketing budgets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 21+
• Pass a background check
• 4+ years of management experience
• 4+ years of event planning, trade marketing, and branding experience
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
• Highly approachable and friendly personality
• Social media/content creation experience
• Reliable travel 50% of time
• Ability to lift over 40 lbs
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
