LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Modesto area. This role covers our Monte Vista, Diamond Bar East, Mattos Ranch, and Camden Shire communities. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.
- Activate national campaigns locally, improving community presentation, and supporting content creation.
- Provide insights that help drive sales performance.
- Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage the full event process—planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up—to maintain strong community visibility and engagement.
- Handle data entry and reporting, track traffic trends, review online listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly insights with leadership.
- Manage marketing inventory and vendors, support photography and video needs, assist with community launches and closeouts, and ensure information centers are always visitor-ready.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
- Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong social media and content creation skills.
- Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
- Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Pay
$55,000 - $90,000, Annual Bonus Opportunities up to 10%
