About the role
The Field Marketing Coordinator is a critical member of the LGI Homes marketing team, responsible for bringing the brand to life through engaging community events and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
- Support content creation and provide insights to drive sales performance
- Manage the full event process, including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished and consistent
- Handle data entry and reporting, track traffic trends, review online listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly insights with leadership
- Manage marketing inventory and vendors, support photography and video needs, assist with community launches and closeouts, and ensure information centers are visitor-ready
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
- Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
- Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events
- Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community
