About the role

The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for bringing LGI Homes marketing to life across multiple communities through various events and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
  • Drive traffic and enhance the customer experience
  • Activate national campaigns locally
  • Improve community presentation
  • Support content creation
  • Provide insights to drive sales performance
  • Manage the full event process including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Maintain strong community visibility and engagement
  • Handle data entry and reporting
  • Track traffic trends, review online listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly insights with leadership
  • Manage marketing inventory and vendors
  • Support photography and video needs
  • Assist with community launches and closeouts
  • Ensure information centers are visitor-ready

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
  • Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
  • Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong social media and content creation skills
  • Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
  • Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community
