About the role
The Field Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in bringing LGI Homes marketing initiatives to life across various communities. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing community events, showcasing properties, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to enhance customer experiences and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
- Manage the full event process including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
- Handle data entry and reporting, track traffic trends, review online listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly insights with leadership
- Manage marketing inventory and vendors, support photography and video needs, assist with community launches and closeouts, and ensure information centers are visitor-ready
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
- Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
- Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
- Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events
- Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community
