Responsibilities
- Translate data-backed insights into actionable field plans
- Develop and scale best practices into national action plans
- Serve as the voice of the field to improve readiness of operations
- Drive adoption of commercial deliverables, including CRM and training
- Lead TA-specific projects, aligning with Sales VPs and DGMs
- Collaborate with teams for integrated and compliant operations
- Shape operating models and call planning for enhanced performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred
- 7+ years in biotech/pharma field sales and commercial operations, with prior leadership experience
- Proven success in operational execution from strategic planning
- Experience with CRM platforms, Veeva preferred
- Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
- Executive presence to influence in matrix environments
