Responsibilities

  • Translate data-backed insights into actionable field plans
  • Develop and scale best practices into national action plans
  • Serve as the voice of the field to improve readiness of operations
  • Drive adoption of commercial deliverables, including CRM and training
  • Lead TA-specific projects, aligning with Sales VPs and DGMs
  • Collaborate with teams for integrated and compliant operations
  • Shape operating models and call planning for enhanced performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred
  • 7+ years in biotech/pharma field sales and commercial operations, with prior leadership experience
  • Proven success in operational execution from strategic planning
  • Experience with CRM platforms, Veeva preferred
  • Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
  • Executive presence to influence in matrix environments
