Responsibilities
- Assist superintendents with daily duties including: assisting with project document flow, scheduling, quality control, safety and other duties specific to the project.
- Develop a first‑hand understanding of job‑site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
Requirements
- Verification of employment to work in the U.S.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or a closely‑related field.
- Within 18 months of graduating with a four‑year degree.
- Able to work 40 hours per week for at least a three‑month term.
Skills
- Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural and engineering drawings.
- Clear oral and written communication.
- Ability to handle simultaneous priorities and deadlines while working toward job‑site efficiency.
