About the role
Mission Control is seeking a Field CTO to lead our innovative technology initiatives and drive strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI technologies and a proven track record of successful project management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute AI strategy across various departments.
- Lead the integration of AI tools and platforms to improve decision-making processes.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of AI infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Monitor AI performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to foster innovation and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in AI and technology leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Pay
- Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
