About the role

As Field CTO at Mission Control – Executive Office, you will lead the technical strategy and operations for our remote USA team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our mission-critical operations and provides a seamless user experience for our employees. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and their integration into enterprise systems, as well as strong leadership skills to guide a diverse team of engineers and technologists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools into our systems
• Lead a team of engineers and technologists in delivering high-quality technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to technology and data security
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and enterprise systems

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, including experience with AI technologies and their integration into enterprise systems
• A proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technologists
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and DevOps practices
