About the role
Are you looking to start your career in an industry of cutting-edge technology? We are seeking an Experienced Field Copier Technician to service the Wenatchee, WA area. This is a field position with a possible territory near you, as we service all of Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. PAID TRAINING included!
Essential Job Duties
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications
- Canon, Ricoh, HP, or Lexmark experience strongly preferred
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
- Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
- Strong computer knowledge a plus!
