Field Copier Technician (Industry Experienced)

This is a field position serving the Wenatchee, WA area, with possible territory coverage in all of Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. Paid training is included.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Requirements
- Canon, Ricoh, HP, or Lexmark experience strongly preferred
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
- Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus
- Strong computer knowledge a plus

DOE: $20–30/hour
