Equipment Field Technician

About the role

The Equipment Field Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of industrial equipment across different industries in the Willis, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial equipment including but not limited to diesel engines, pumps, and compressors.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues on-site using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all work activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in field maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
