Field Coordinator | Omaha, NE

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites throughout the US and Canada on initial site assessment visits, as well as to perform construction observation visits during the Construction phase.
• Must have a good practical knowledge of Architectural Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing construction techniques, and be able to identify all key components of MEP building systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 or more years of field experience in the construction industry.
• Excellent Client Service skills
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Flexibility with scheduling and travel
• Experience with AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe PDF, MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• A strong desire to work as a team member
• Enthusiasm and a desire to be and work for the best
