Responsibilities
- Coordinates relevant jobsite information and keeps jobsite leadership appraised of current situations.
- Records and maintains work schedules and work in progress reports for jobsite leadership team.
- Updates daily scheduling board, logs, and database for tracking heavy equipment, operators, project status, etc.
- Serves as liaison to the operations department to ensure efficient communication with those in other departments.
- Organizes and maintains filing systems for document retention as required.
- Expedites workflow and routine daily responsibilities.
- Arranges details for jobsite meetings.
- Assists with imputing reported hours into the timekeeping system.
- Performs all other tasks as assigned by Construction Manager or Superintendent.
