Field Claim Representative
The Role
Congratulations! You've landed a Field Claims Representative position in Chicago. Your primary responsibility is to conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to Solera's field inventory processes. You'll also assist in business development activities and promote good customer relations with adjusters, helping to retain and encourage repeat use.
You'll be expected to communicate daily with your Field Manager and Service Manager about operational issues and improvements. Always follow standard operating and safety procedures, both written and verbal.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. You'll need strong problem-solving and project management skills, along with excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. You should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and have excellent personal organization and leadership skills.
Experience in property and casualty claims, as well as restoration industry experience, would be beneficial. You'll be required to travel to site locations within your geographic area, lift up to 30 pounds, and drive a personal vehicle.
