About the role

The Full-Time Field Claims Representative/Virtual PA plays a crucial role in managing insurance property claim inventory assignments. This position involves assisting in business development activities, promoting customer relations, and communicating with field managers and service managers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to SOS field inventory processes.
  • Complete all tasks assigned diligently, aligning with department, facility, or operational goals.
  • Aid in business development activities related to new and existing service offerings.
  • Assist in retaining and encouraging repeat use of services by interacting with insureds, their point of contact (POC), adjusters, public adjusters, and restoration companies.
  • Communicate daily with your Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational issues and improvements.
  • Follow all standard operating and safety procedures, both written and verbal, at all times.
  • Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Present professionally in both personal and vehicle appearance.
  • Work in adverse conditions during post-loss insurance claims.
  • Perform work assignments safely and efficiently, adhering to Enservio safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the Scheduling team for scheduled and receiving assignments.
  • Conduct a walkthrough and brief interview of the insured, taking overall photos of each room in the home/business.
  • Complete a thorough inventory of total loss contents throughout the home/business.
  • Complete reports and administrative duties within 24 hours of inventory capture.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, combined with excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional personal organization and leadership abilities.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Property and Casualty claim experience is beneficial.
  • Restoration industry experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to travel to site locations in your geographic area.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for use.
  • Capable of working independently and without direct onsite supervision.
