We're passionate about building community, pushing the category forward, and creating products people genuinely connect with. We are looking for a creative, organized, and outgoing marketing professional to help grow our brand presence and connect with the community in Nashville and throughout Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Social Media
Assist with our social media strategy across Instagram and Facebook.
Work on reinvigorating our TikTok account.
Create and capture engaging content including photos, video, reels, and event coverage.
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Coordinate content calendars and marketing campaigns.
Make minimum 2 posts per week across all social media platforms, aligning with team before posting with a goal to own the strategy after training period. - Events & Activations
Represent the brand at festivals, tastings, promotions, and community events.
Coordinate logistics and setup for activations and samplings.
Build relationships with retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributor partners.
Support local grassroots marketing efforts and partnerships.
Manage small event staff team and hire more help as needed. - Marketing Support
Assist with promotional planning for product launches and seasonal campaigns as flavors are rolling out throughout the year.
Help source and coordinate branded merchandise and POS materials.
Track event performance, social engagement, and marketing initiatives.
Support expansion efforts into new Tennessee markets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, events, or brand promotion.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content creation.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
- Passion for craft beverage, hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Experience in alcohol beverage marketing is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
