Field Based Community Health Worker
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). Must preserve all substantive info. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Working Schedule details, Pay range, Benefits list. So we can include Schedule, Pay, Benefits sections.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from introductory paragraphs about Optum and role description). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications). Skills (soft skills). Benefits (list). Pay (hourly range). Schedule (working schedule). Ensure we don't duplicate content.
We must not include EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive info: The description about Optum, mission, culture, etc. The role description: Field Based Community Health Worker (CHW) position will actively engage health plan members... etc. Also the "Working Schedule" paragraph. Location etc. Also "If you reside in SC, you'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute*". Also "Primary Responsibilities" list. Also "What Are The Reasons To Consider Working For UnitedHealth Group?" list of benefits. Also "Required Qualifications". Also "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Soft Skills". Also "Pay is based on several factors..." plus "The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour". Also "All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy." That's maybe part of Benefits? Could be included in Benefits or maybe as a note.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Also remove "#RPO #RED". Also remove "At UnitedHealth Group, our mission..." maybe that's part of About the role? It's substantive but maybe we can keep as part of About the role. However the instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The mission statement is not boilerplate; it's substantive. So keep.
We need to format lists with - . For prose use
. Use
for headings.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Field Based Community Health Worker (CHW)". Use About the role heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must not create sections with filler text.
