About the Role

National General is seeking an Auto Claims Estimator to join our Claims team. To best support the territory, candidates should reside in or near the Seattle, Bellevue, or surrounding areas. Preferred candidates will have experience managing a variety of auto collision claims, conducting vehicle inspections, and utilizing CCC ONE or similar estimating software to prepare accurate damage estimates. Key Responsibilities

• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities

Pay

• Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49 – $40.99/hour
• Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03 – $43.70/hour
• Field Adjuster Sr. Cons I: $35.82 – $50.24/hour
• Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role may include additional components, such as incentive pay (for example, commission or bonus), if applicable.
