Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of tools and assets by tracking and updating inventory levels in the system to ensure proper inventory is maintained.
- Inspire the team to work effectively and efficiently to complete requests.
- Ensures all ticket requests to include onboarding are fulfilled and shipped timely.
- Assign inventory and assets into tracking systems to ensure accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills is a must.
- Continue to work to improve processes and decrease costs.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by responding to other departments in a timely manner and with a positive attitude.
- Builds and sustains a culture of safety-first mentality through daily walkthroughs, communicating with the team the expectations and providing ideas to improve safety.
Required Skills
- Efficient with time and proactively helps others.
- Intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical skills, organizational, verbal, written, presentation, customer service, a motivated self-starter, good time management skills, creative problem solving, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with all levels of management are required.
- Proficiency in inventory tracking systems is preferred.
Required Education/Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions
- This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
