Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps in their respective region.
  • Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
  • Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist, including random site visits and proper documentation.
  • Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses, overtime hours, and billable time.
  • Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
  • Conduct and foster professional and timely communication with customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel.
  • Ensure all Field Reps have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
  • Conduct and/or assist with the training of Field Reps, including proper completion of all services and related paperwork, safety training, and approval and certification of each Field Rep.
  • Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps to resolve employee and work-related issues.
  • Attend all required calls and meetings.
  • Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • 30-hour OSHA certification (company will provide if needed).
  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required.

Other Skills And Abilities

  • Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks.
  • Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills.
  • Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.
  • Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control.
  • Functional computer skills.
  • Safety training and OSHA knowledge.
  • Understanding of budgeting and expense management.
