Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps in their respective region.
- Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
- Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist, including random site visits and proper documentation.
- Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses, overtime hours, and billable time.
- Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
- Conduct and foster professional and timely communication with customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel.
- Ensure all Field Reps have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
- Conduct and/or assist with the training of Field Reps, including proper completion of all services and related paperwork, safety training, and approval and certification of each Field Rep.
- Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps to resolve employee and work-related issues.
- Attend all required calls and meetings.
- Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- 30-hour OSHA certification (company will provide if needed).
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required.
Other Skills And Abilities
- Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks.
- Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills.
- Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control.
- Functional computer skills.
- Safety training and OSHA knowledge.
- Understanding of budgeting and expense management.
