Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps in their respective region.
- Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
- Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist, including random site visits and proper documentation.
- Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses, overtime hours, and billable time.
- Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle discrepancies between Field Reps and Sales Reps.
- Conduct and foster professional and timely communication with customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel.
- Ensure all Field Reps have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
- Train Field Reps according to the WTI Training Policy, covering proper service completion, safety training, and certification of OSHA Hazard Awareness, among others.
- Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps to resolve issues.
- Attend all required calls and meetings.
- Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Regional Business Manager.
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks.
- Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills.
- Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control.
- Functional computer skills.
- Safety training and OSHA knowledge.
- Understanding of budgeting and expense management.

Other Requirements
- Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.

- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
