Summary

Supervise and direct residential Install, Service, and Home Improvement Technicians on residential job sites. Provide strategic planning, administrative, budget, mentoring, leadership, and technical assistance for the growth and development of the Home Services organization. Manage the work of field personnel and support with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct residential Install, Service, and Home Improvement Technicians on residential job sites.
  • Provide strategic planning, administrative, budget, mentoring, leadership, and technical assistance for the growth and development of the Home Services organization.
  • Manage the work of field personnel and support with innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent and (5) five years related, qualified experience and/or training is required.
  • Journeyman level trade experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership/management experience preferred.
  • EPA Certification (if working in HVAC) preferred.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent and (5) five years related, qualified experience and/or training.

Skills

  • Good educator/mentor.
  • Effective leadership skills with servant-leadership approach.
  • Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong solutions-based focus.
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions to address problems.
