Responsibilities
- Manage job postings and applications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews

- Handle onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
