Field Account Manager (Landscape Maintenance)

The Role

• Customer Relations & Sales: Retaining customers and managing all aspects of customer relations. Conducting physical property inspections. Maintaining consistent communication with customers.
• Employee Management: Training all new hires effectively. Managing time efficiently to optimize productivity. Collaborating with leadership to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for personnel management. Promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Equipment Management: Ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment to minimize repair needs. Training personnel on equipment use and maintenance best practices. Conducting weekly truck inspections and ensuring organization and cleanliness. Completing weekly inspection sheets.
