Summary

Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join their team. This position involves developing and maintaining relationships with high-end residential and commercial maintenance clients, preparing maintenance bids, and managing landscape maintenance and installations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with high-end residential and commercial maintenance clients
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape while overseeing the satisfactory completion of contracted landscape maintenance services
  • Prepare annual maintenance bids for existing and new clients (pricing for enhancements, seasonal color installs, holiday lighting etc.)
  • Consult, design/estimate, and manage both full-service landscape maintenance packages as well as landscape installations for existing clientele
  • Cook with various internal divisions as well as sub-contractors to provide total landscape care and one point of contact for clientele
  • Design award worthy annual color displays for clientele as necessary
  • Diagnose and develop solutions for problems that come up in landscapes including but not limited to: turf disease/inadequate moisture, plant pruning timing and needs, improper drainage, plant disease/inadequate moisture
  • Safely follow industry standards and regulations

Eligibility Requirements

  • Current and clean MVR
  • Values client satisfaction
  • Ability to prioritize job duties and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills (Bi-Lingual is a plus!)
  • Familiarity with operating basic computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • 2-3 Years of similar job responsibilities in landscape industry or applicable college education
  • Knowledge of tree & shrub species adapted to temperate zones 4-6 and native to Colorado
  • Ability to diagnose pest, nutrient, or other landscaping issues impacting trees, shrubs, and lawns

Preferred Experince & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, Horticulture, Agricultural Science, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant and Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass or Landscape Architecture
  • 5+ years of field experience and possess strong horticultural and irrigation background preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
