Field Account Executive I
About the role
Kinetic is seeking a Strategic Field Account Executive II- Mid-Market to drive business growth within local communities, focusing on mid-market businesses and advanced connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Possess a strong drive to win new business, build pipeline, and consistently close deals in a competitive environment.
- Engage and sell into mid-market accounts, navigating multiple stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and position fiber connectivity, dedicated circuits (DIA), SD-WAN, and telecom solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Deliver compelling, customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to business owners and key decision-makers, clearly articulating value and ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships within mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities to expand and deepen customer engagement.
- Manage a designated territory with a focus on mid-market account penetration, utilizing both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements: College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (2-4 years).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Qualifications

- Proven ability to engage and sell into mid-market accounts, navigating multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and articulate complex solutions.
- Experience or knowledge in Telecommunications and Fiber solutions sales, including: Fiber solutions, VOIP solutions, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) / dedicated circuits, Ethernet and advanced connectivity services.
