  • A hunter mentality: A strong drive to win new business, build pipeline, and consistently close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Mid-Market Sales Experience: Proven ability to engage and sell into mid-market accounts, navigating multiple stakeholders.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and articulate complex solutions.
  • Highly Preferred: Telecom & Technical Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in Telecommunications and Fiber solutions sales, including: Fiber solutions, VOIP solutions, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) / dedicated circuits, Ethernet and advanced connectivity services.

Minimum Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (2-4 years) required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
