The Role
You’ll play a crucial part in scaling our gym footprint. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively researching and connecting with fitness providers via various channels.
- Staying ahead of the competitive landscape by understanding pricing and product differentiators.
- Generating leads, prospecting, pitching, negotiating pricing, and executing contracts.
- Collaborating with operations and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding for partners.
- Keeping Salesforce updated with accurate and timely information.
Experience You’ll Bring
- An entrepreneurial self-starter with strong organizational and adaptability skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and solve problems creatively.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cold calling and active listening.
- Experience using Salesforce and email marketing tools to optimize and scale sales workflows.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- A passion for fitness and wellness, and existing relationships with fitness providers are a plus.
Location
- Austin, Boston, Dallas, Miami, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, or San Francisco
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically (possibility of some international travel)
Pay Transparency
Playlist pays competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The base salary range for this position in the United States is $56,400 to $75,200. The total compensation package includes performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
