Fiber Construction Superintendent (D&K)

About the role

Lead underground and aerial fiber operations in the Colorado Springs area, overseeing approximately 30 employees and subcontractors while managing production, safety, quality, equipment, scheduling, and day‑to‑day field execution. Work locally with minimal travel, with a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underground and aerial fiber construction projects
• Manage production, safety, quality, equipment, and scheduling
• Lead approximately 30 employees and subcontractors
• Ensure day‑to‑day field execution meets standards
• Develop foremen and hold crews accountable
• Maintain safe and efficient project progress

Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar leadership role
• Direct fiber experience preferred; underground utilities, telecom, civil construction, or related infrastructure background accepted
• Ability to build strong crews, develop foremen, and hold people accountable
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficient scheduling

Pay

$105,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience
