Construction Superintendent

About the Role

The Superintendent will supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple projects in the commercial, data center, warehouse, industrial, construction, multifamily, education centers, schools, K-12, higher education, and student housing sectors. The primary responsibility is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete construction process from start to finish, including resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate trades, materials, and equipment to ensure job progress.
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed and maintained.
• Inspect and approve all work performed by subcontractors.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain daily reports, documenting all labor, materials, and equipment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction, supervisory, and/or project management.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction mathematics.
• Experience with commercial, data center, warehouse, industrial, construction, multifamily, education centers, schools, K-12, higher education, and student housing sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
