Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction operations
• Create and maintain short-term and long-term schedules
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and site logistics
• Conduct daily site walks and quality inspections
• Enforce safety programs and jobsite compliance
• Lead subcontractor meetings and site coordination efforts
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within quality expectations

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
• Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of scheduling and sequencing
• Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents

Pay

$120,000 - $175,000 per year
