We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will be a key player in our commercial projects, tasked with the installation of various types of fences. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Fence Installer, your day-to-day tasks will include: 1. Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications. 2. Calculating the exact measurements required for the installation of fences. 3. Digging holes and setting up fence foundations in accordance with project specifications. 4. Installing various types of fences, including but not limited to chain link, wooden, vinyl, and iron fences. 5. Performing routine checks and maintenance to ensure fences are secure and in good condition. 6. Collaborating with the construction team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. 7. Adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment. 8. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process. 9. Providing excellent customer service and addressing client queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in fence installation, specifically in the commercial sector. 2. Proven expertise in various types of fence installation, including chain link, wooden, vinyl, and iron fences. 3. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry. 4. Exceptional physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. 6. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. 7. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites. 8. A high school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or an apprenticeship in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
