About the role

Responsibilities
- Install specialty commercial fencing, railings, gates, and more.
- Gain experience with tools, equipment, blueprint reading, concrete work, welding (if you’re interested), and heavy equipment like skid loaders and boom lifts.
- Participate in a team that shows up on time, takes safety seriously, keeps tools, vehicles, and job sites clean, holds each other accountable, gets the job done right, and has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day.
- Comfort working outdoors in all conditions.
- A valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently.
